You’re Invited is a creative health and wellbeing initiative that creates reflective, engaging spaces and experiences for people to build confidence, explore identity, and feel more connected to themselves, using multidisciplinary arts techniques.

Our primary focus is adults and young people (thirteen years upwards) Projects are designed to support this demographic through a creative health perspective.

Specific wider reaching work enables us to engage with children and families through our younger themed programmes.

We design and deliver creative, reflective workshops, coaching, and immersive experiences that combine conversation, creativity, and guided reflection.

These sessions are designed to, imbed creative health techniques and practises. A central focus on supporting confidence through accessible sessions where personal growth can flourish in a meaningful way.

Our approach is different from traditional training. We focus on creating safe, thoughtful spaces where people can pause, reflect, and explore who they are, and need to be to thrive. This is where deeper confidence and lasting impact begins.

We deliver:

  • Collaborative programmes with partner organisations


We are also developing larger community experiences and creative events as part of our longer-term vision.

Yes — collaboration is a key part of what we do. We partner with organisations to design and deliver tailored sessions that meet the needs of their communities and participants.
We are based in Liverpool and work across the city region and beyond, with the flexibility to deliver both in-person and online sessions.
Yes — alongside in-person delivery, we also offer and are continuing to develop online workshops and projects to increase accessibility.
